Most of the content and services on our site are offered without our collecting any personally identifiable information from you. You can surf the V&AWWM&LC site and view most of our content anonymously.

To access content or use certain features on our site, we ask you to use a client login ID and password. When personally identifiable information is collected, you will know because you will have to fill out a form.

V&AWWM&LC established and maintains the Waterfront Media Centre website as a service to the international media community. This site has been designed as a tool to provide general information about the media centre, its partners and services, about the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town and South Africa, and issues in relation to the 2010 FIFA Football World Cup.

Limitation of Liability.
V&AWWM&LC will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this website, but V&AWWM&LC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of information presented on the Waterfront Media Centre website.

V&AWWM&LC shall not be held responsible for any action taken that is based on the information presented on this website. All users of this website agree that all access and use of the V&AWWM&LC website, and any and all content presented within the website, is at the user’s own risk. Neither Digital Management Services nor any party involved in developing, producing or delivering this site shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of any visitor’s access, use, or inability to use this website, or any errors or omissions in the content contained within.

Governing Laws.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in South Africa

Miscellaneous.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions. V&AWWM&LC reserves the right to alter or delete materials from this website at any time at its discretion.
