Indemnity – Hold Harmless Agreement

By registering with the V&A Waterfront World Media & Legacy Centre, you acknowledge that Media Centre’s management, employees, partners and suppliers shall not be held responsible for and is hereby expressly relieved from any and all liability by reason of injury, loss or damage to any person or property in or about the premises occurring during your use of the Media Centre.

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, warrant and defend the V&A Waterfront World Media & Legacy Centre against any liability, loss or claim for damages to any person or property related to, arising from, or occurring during your use of the premises and services from any responsibility whatsoever.

You agree to abide by the letter and spirit of this agreement permitting the use of the Media Centre’s facilities and services.
